Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka-Kitahama

Our room was spacious enough for 3 people. It has all the amenities we need. They have a complete set of skincare packets from oils, cleansers, moisturizer, which some hotel does not even offer. All staff were very professional, they would greet everyone all the time. Close to the station with elevator exit as well. I would definitely come back.

This place was truly fantastic, with a privileged location. We needed to be near Osaka Castle, and it was extremely close. There were many restaurants around and great places for breakfast. The place was very clean, very beautiful, with an extraordinary view—we got a room facing the main street. The customer service was fantastic. Honestly, if I were to return to Japan, this would be one of my favorite hotels to come back to. They had excellent facial cleansing products, a beautiful bathtub, and very lovely décor throughout. I was truly very happy to have stayed at this hotel for four days. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

Room is big and clean. Breakfast is great. Staffs are nice and helpful. The location is convenient, right next to a subway station.

Not too much things to do around the hotel. Needs to take subway to almost everywhere.

In the heart of Osaka, close to Dotonbori district and the Castle, conveniently located steps from the transportation system.

A bit expensive but very worth the price.

The staff are very nice and room sizes was bigger than other same range hotels.The place clean and many equipment in the rooms and in night it is very quite and calm and a metro entrance is less than 1 min away

I didn’t like that issuing another card is not easy. And it is a bit far from the downtown.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a smoking room, when I booked it, it never crossed my mind to look if it was smoking or non-smoking, since most hotels only have non-smoking, now days. The Staff got me into a non-smoking room.

The room is very very very small. The pictures online show a nice big room. LOL. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were teriible very hard also. Never seen pillows that hard. PLus it was very expensive, maybe cause Expos 2025 was in town. Not a good place to stay, would not reccomend it.

The staff was super friendly and always eager to help in anything we asked. The room was spacious and clean, and the view of the city from the window was amazing. The location was great, right on a subway station, and it was super easy to travel from there.

Breakfast was great, but most of the time there was a long line to get in, and the food in the buffet ended quicker than they could refill.

The staff were nice and a comfortable room.

The room smelt like strong cigarettes. I know it’s a smoking a hotel but for some people who don’t like the smell of smoke, the hotel should make the rooms smell some what better and at least do something to help take the smell down a little. The fridge wasn’t working, you turn it on and it never gets cold. Have to pay to watch movies and the humidifier wasn’t working either.

It was very clean.. in a very nice location, close to everything. 15 minutes away from the train, 10 min drive from the markets/restaurants.. coffee shops 2 min walk..

The only good things were location and friendliness of the housekeeping staff

The lack of professionalism and rudeness of some of the reception staff. Inadequate treatment of customers, incredibly rude.

1 metro station is 5 mins walk & another 9 mins. Great location, Close to the Castle. Taxi to Osaka station is cheap as only 10 mins drive so very helpful when one is travelling with kids or luggage. Many convenience stores around and some restaurants. Room is clean & has all facilities.

Room has one super bright main light which is very annoying - does not have a dimmer - while small side light does!! So room is either too bright or too dark at night. Also No night light so total darkness.

The embience, staff were friendly, helpful. Housekeeping was excellent ? Quiet and cosy, highly recommended. Excellent service and stay. Good job all the staff in the hotel thumbs up ? Thank you so much everyone ??

Everything was spectacular ? No flaws ?

HUGE rooms! Great toiletries! Laundry facilities were really handy. Location was close to several tourist spots with 7 eleven, Mos burger and Lawsons all within a 2 minute walk. Staff were fabulous and organised for our bags to be sent back to Tokyo so we could travel light on the Shinkansen.

The property was so clean and comfortable. We liked the bathroom. The staffs were friendly and the amenities were complete, there are also for the kids.

We could hear some noises from outside or the hallway of our floor.

Mixed messages about the bed situation. Had 1x queen bed for 3 people despite checking that 3 people were accommodated.

The staff were very friendly. They tried to assist us in English which is amazing. They assist us in sending our luggage transfer service to our next destination. The location is ideal for those who want quick access to the subway especially as a tourist. The facility is neat and clean. The aircon works nicely. The rooms comes with 2 pajamas and loads of other items at reception.

The pillows were not too my liking but we rest well anyway.
